Buon Giorno, Amici!

Now to practice a little bit (un poco) of Italian that I learned from my podcasts while driving to work this week:

Ciao (Hello),

Come' stai? (How are you today?)

Molto bene, grazie, e tu? (Very well, thank you, and you?)

Cosi e' cosi, io sono molto occupato today. (I'm so and so, I am very busy today.)

Come ti chiami? (What is your name?)

Mi chiamo Bella, e' tu, come ti chiami? (My name is Bella, and you, what is your name?)

Dove vai oggi? (Where do you go today?)

Io vado la pizzareia oggi in Venetzia. (I go to the pizza place in Venice).

Piacere. (Pleased to meet you.)

Ciao ciao. (Bye, bye).

It is GLORIOUSLY BEAUTIFUL outside today!

Today is absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful outside in South Carolina. After living in 5 different states, this state is truly God's country. A fresh, soft breeze is ruffling the leaves of the trees, the birds are singing, the windchimes are making music, and THAT IS ALL THAT CAN BE HEARD.....out where we live in 'no man's land' as some folks call it, there is not a vehicle or person or airplane or train to be heard. THIS IS DIVINE....this is ME WITH GOD IN NATURE AND SPIRIT. Praise HIM! And thank you, thank you, grazie' tutto mille for this moment of silence, beauty, and contemplation with you, Lord! Thank you for all that you have given us in our journey towards You.

And now, I'm going to go into the garden and do some fall/autumn work in it, you know, trimming, mulching, planting, etc., all of which I am grateful to be able to do and enjoy!
