The recipes that everyone is sharing here on Fresh Food Fridays and Seasonal Saturdays are getting better and better each and every week. Isn't it nice to have something as wonderful and joyful as cooking in our lives when so much craziness of any type may be occurring around us? The kitchen is my therapy, my escape, my passion . . . it is pure joy to cook, bake, and garden. I think from reading all of your recipes and gardening posts, that all of you feel the same way! Happy cooking, baking, and gardening to all of you! Here are the Featured blog posts from last week:
Hezzi-D from Hezzi-D's Books and Cooks prepared these refreshing, cooling Fresh Cherry Mojitos as a signature cocktail for her birthday! Happy Birthday, Hezzi and welcome to the party!
This Summertime Succotash is simply gorgeous with all of the fresh colors popping out of the bowl. Sam from My Carolina Kitchen did it again with a flavor-filled and healthy summer salad.
The lovely Nikki from Chef In Training shared this awesome batch of Bubble Up Enchiladas. Just look at all of that golden, gooey cheese. Worthy of blowing one's diet, I think! Welcome Nikki!
Flavorful and healthy at the same time, is this Italian Stuffed Parmesan Fish with Zucchini Salsa from Claudia at What's Cooking Italian Style? Summer is a great time to eat lighter and this fish entree is perfect!
Red Velvet Cupcakes were baked with love by Lyuba at Will Cook For Smiles. She baked them for a co-worker's birthday. What a sweet random act of kindness! Welcome Lyuba!
This ruby-red Perfect Rhubarb Crisp was shared by Rachel from Simple Girl. If your garden is still producing rhubarb or if you're lucky enough to still find it in your markets, this is the crisp to make and enjoy!
These super ooey, gooey, totally sinful Nutella Mascarpone Calzones are so tempting and were shared by Kim at The Mediterranean Diet - My Way. Welcome Kim!
So grab the button and place it anywhere on your blog if you like. It's my way of saying thank you.
Thanks to EVERYONE for sharing and making this a fun get-together. I truly appreciate all of you. These and all of the shared recipes from last week were simply outstanding and demonstrative of the talent of so many food bloggers!
Time to share again this week!

ReplyDeleteHi Roz, how are you this week? Surviving the heat? Are you back home from the mountains?
ReplyDeleteI really shouldn't link up to linky parties when I'm tired. I really apologise but I kinda stuffed up a little bit. If you get a chance you please delete the second picture of the coffee cake? I posted it twice incorrectly.
Thanks Roz. Hope you have a lovely weekend.
